Short Codes

Short codes are special telephone numbers significantly shorter than full telephone numbers, which can be used to receive both SMS text messages and multimedia messages (MMS) from mobile phones.
They are designed to be shorter so they can easily be read out and can easily be remembered as they are much shorter than standard mobile numbers.

Our Short Code number is 60777. You will then need to choose a Keyword for your customers to text you. Your keyword is just the word that is included in the beginning of the text, for example to get more information on this service text "TextBlue" to 60777.

You should always try and keep your keyword short to make it easy to remember and it should match the theme or brand of your campaign.

Using Short codes is a great way to receive information back from your customers to gather valuable feedback. From within your online account screen you will be able to see all incoming texts in real time and you can then respond to each user individually or to everyone at the same time very quickly and easily using Bulk SMS text messaging.

The cost to your customer for sending the text to your keyword is just the standard network rate

The cost of a non premium keyword on our short code 60777 is £25 + VAT (Paid Quartely in advance) with no set up cost or minimum contract.

Premium SMS is widely used for value-added services such as television voting, reverse auctions, txt2win competitions and other subscription based solutions.

The cost of setting up a standard Premium SMS account is £100 + VAT; there is then a monthly cost of £60 + VAT per month. (Depending on your exact requirements there may be additional development costs so please call our Sales Team on 0800 633 8485 to discuss.)

You will then receive revenue from all the texts sent to your Premium SMS keyword, the revenue payments are as follows:
