Did you know that Bluetooth Proximity Marketing can benefit schools?
We understand that many schools don’t allow the students to use mobile phones; however there are some schools that want the students to bring in their mobile phone so that they can communicate with them by Bluetooth. Now don’t get me wrong, when I say communicate I am not saying that the teachers aren’t going to teach, but rather send information to the students via Bluetooth.
How many teachers are sick of hearing ‘I didn’t understand what I had to do for my homework’, ‘I didn’t write it down correctly’ or ‘I forgot’. By having the facility to broadcast homework via Bluetooth to student’s mobile phones, there will no longer be any need for excuses.
All the teacher needs to do is to set the homework, and broadcast it to the students. The system will show who has received the message and who has ignored it. Most kids have a mobile phone, and are aware of what Bluetooth is, so by sending what homework is required via Bluetooth Proximity Marketing there will be no more excuses around it being lost, misunderstood or forgotten! The students will have all of the information to hand.
The teacher will also have the facility to set up a ‘white list’ here they can broadcast messages to a select number of students, which means that teachers can manage who receives their message. Why not use Bluetooth advertising for this, you can upload the map and broadcast it during the evening, parents will have the map to-hand and this will save you money on paper!
Does your school hold fetes or fundraising events? Why not use your Bluetooth system to advertise this to parents and use it on the day to inform your visitors what is happening, who has won a competition, announcements, how much money has been raised, send out a ‘thank you’ to all of the participants.
